Holland America Line introduces its line of Food & Beverage Aficionado Cruises this year. The tailored cruise experiences showcase the talents of the brand’s Culinary Council, master mixologist, wine curator and winemaker partners. The Culinary Council is made up of internationally renowned chefs.

During each Food & Beverage Aficionado Cruise, guests have access to cooking, cocktail and wine demonstrations; reservation-only dinners; and photo opportunities with chefs.

Chefs scheduled to appear during 2018’s Food & Beverage Aficionado cruises include Rudi Sodamin, David Burke, Andy Matsuda, Ethan Stowell and Jacques Torres. Mixologist Dale DeGross is scheduled to appear on two cruises as well. Top vintners appearing include Leah Adint, David Rosenthal, Kara Koh and Tracey Keller, all of Chateau Ste. Michelle.
