Hilton Worldwide continues to lead the industry as the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality company last year with an unprecedented development pipeline, new brands and first-in-the-industry digital innovation. The hotel company added more than 36,000 guestrooms in 28 countries and territories in 2014.

Hilton’s number of rooms under construction globally makes up 18.7 percent of the industry’s total rooms under construction. Its pipeline increased by 35,000 guestrooms in 2014 and includes more than 1,350 hotels and approximately 230,000 guestrooms in 79 countries and territories.

New hotel brands include Curio – A Collection by Hilton, with five hotels signed to open, and Canopy by Hilton, with 11 letters of intent signed and its first hotel set to open later this year.
