The Lost Stone Villas & Spa in Greater China is the second property from the region to join Hyatt’s Unbound Collection. The nature-centric resort sits near the Myanmar border in an area known for volcanic hot springs and spiritual pilgrimages.

The resort features 50 free-standing garden villas, arranged in harmony with nature. Six types of natural stone were used throughout the modern architecture and interiors reflect the region’s ethnic tribes. Villas start at just more than 1,500 square feet, with separate bedrooms, marble bathrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchens and private spa treatment rooms. Each villa comes with a private outdoor courtyard and lounging garden with a hot spring pool.

On-site dining includes the Cloud Clubhouse, serving local cuisine, teas and cocktails. A short drive away, Lisa Ethnic Restaurant serves tribal specialties in an ancient home and The Veggie Restaurant features an all-vegetarian menu.
