Grande Lakes Orlando, central Florida’s multi-hotel resort, celebrates recognition of its two hotels on the inaugural Florida Michelin guide. Knife & Spoon at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando was awarded a Michelin Star and Primo at JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes landed on the 2022 Michelin Recommended list. The accolades were announced at an exclusive ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando on June 9, along with the unveiling of the first Michelin Guide for Miami, Orlando and Tampa.

Knife & Spoon is the hotel’s signature steak and seafood restaurant. The highly anticipated restaurant debuted in 2020. Primo features Italian- and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Primo utilizes ingredients from the on-site Primo Organic Garden on its menu.
