The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has recently revealed upgraded additions to Plateau Spa’s fitness center. The new amenities include a selection of Life Fitness exercise equipment and classes, as well as complimentary active wear that can be delivered to guests’ rooms upon arrival. These additions were created with busy travelers in mind, the hotel stressing that hectic travel itineraries shouldn’t interfere with travelers’ wellness regimens.

The design of Plateau Spa’s gym has also been redesigned, allowing for particular “zones” for different activities and also bringing in views of the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The new areas of the gym include sections for cardiovascular exercise, free weights and stretching, among others. An exclusive area has also been created for specialized training sessions.

The newly added Life Fitness products include the Insignia Series strength training equipment, an innovative piece of machinery setting new standards in the world of strength training. The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is the first hotel in the city to install this equipment. In addition, all cardiovascular machinery will now come equipped with a touch-screen for users to access television and the Internet.
