This year, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts welcomes two new hotels to its expanding portfolio: Fairmont Mumbai and Fairmont Tokyo. Fairmont Mumbai opened this spring, blending New York’s Art Décor heritage with modern luxury across 446 guestrooms and suites.
Fairmont Mumbai boasts one of the largest event spaces in the Indian city. Five distinctive dining venues offer global cuisine and curated experiences, each celebrating authentic cooking and locally sourced ingredients. The hotel’s wellness floor provides transformative therapies and cutting-edge longevity treatments, including a cryotherapy chamber, infrared sauna with halotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen pod.
On July 1, the brand also opens Fairmont Tokyo, in the Shibaura district. With breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay, this property will span 217 guestrooms and suites. In addition to elegantly appointed accommodations, Fairmont Tokyo will also feature five restaurants; two bars; Fairmont Spa and Health Club, which includes an indoor infinity pool, world-class spa treatments and more; and a sundeck.
As part of Fairmont Tokyo’s grand opening, guests who reserve a stay by July 24 for stays between July 1 and Sept. 30 receive JPY 10,000 worth of hotel credits per room per night.
Looking ahead, Fairmont plans to open more than 30 hotels worldwide in the coming year alone.
