InterContinental Hotels Group expanded its EVEN Hotels brand with two openings.

The EVEN Hotel Sarasota — Lakewood Ranch offers 128 guestrooms and four suites near the white Florida sands, shopping, dining and cultural attractions. Additionally, Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is just eight miles away. The property is the first Florida location for the brand, with an additional one planned this summer in Miami.

The EVEN Hotel Eugene is located in downtown Eugene, Ore., just a mile from Autzen Stadium. It offers 100 guestrooms, two suites, a heated indoor pool and more than 1,000 square feet of meeting space. A second West Coast property opens in April in Seattle.

Both properties include the EVEN brand’s signature style, with natural design elements, living plants, tech amenities and a wellness focus. EVEN Hotels is built on four pillars — Eat Well, Keep Active, Rest Easy and Accomplish More. Each property strives to offer an experience to support these pillars.
