It’s sipping time in Vancouver, British Columbia, with the 20th Annual Hopscotch Festival ready to get underway Nov. 16–22. More than an opportunity to sample more than 300 premium whiskies, Scotch and beer, the festival offers a host of educational opportunities including Master Classes, tastings, dinner pairings and a chance to meet the craftspeople behind the bottles.

Later, snuggle up in the city’s most historic hotel in the new, über luxury Rosewood Royal Suite, located on the 45th floor of The Private Residences at Rosewood Hotel Georgia.
