EL AL Israel Airlines is introducing a new business-class menu with a Tastes of the World theme, which will be paired with Israeli wines. Chef Moshe Segev is responsible for the new menu, with wine expert Yair Haidu compiling the wine list. The new menu will change every three months and feature different culinary styles from around the globe. A rebranded tray design will also accompany the new menu, changing every three months as well.

Also appearing this month is EL AL’s new wine of the month, each chosen from among 200 wines submitted by 40 kosher wineries in Israel. Twenty-four wines were selected for inclusion on the new wine list and in the wine of the month program.

The new menu is the product of productive cooperation between EL AL’s service division headed by Yehudit Grisaro and EL AL’s team of chefs supervised by the head chef of the national airline, Chef Moshe Segev.”
