Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa unveiled Nobu Manalapan, a preview dining experience from Nobu Restaurant Group and Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, on Oct. 18. The Japanese restaurant experience boasts locations across five continents and now debuts in Palm Beach at the luxury resort. Nobu Manalapan took over the resort’s Bokēn and Stir Bar & Terrace spaces, with the menu featuring Nobu’s acclaimed take on traditional Japanese cuisine with contemporary Peruvian ingredients.

“It’s an honor to work with Chef Matsuhisa to introduce Nobu to our community,” said Neall Bailey, executive chef, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. “We’re thrilled that this collaboration with the renowned Nobu restaurant will bring a new level of culinary offerings to the resort and one-of-a-kind experiences for our valued guests and locals.”
Executive Chef Matt Raso leads the Nobu Manalapan team, serving signature Nobu dishes like black cod with miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, wagyu tacos and much more, including items exclusive to Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. A comprehensive sake and wine list will complement innovative cocktails.

The Nobu Manalapan preview will open 5–10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 5–11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
