JAL Mileage Bank members can now earn bonus miles for flights on American Airlines between Tokyo (HND) and Los Angeles (LAX). The offer is eligible for flights between March 1 and May 31, with a short blackout period April 23–May 8. Online registration is required before booking qualifying flights. The Tokyo–Los Angeles route includes flights AA026, AA027, JL701 and JL7017 (includes codeshare flights with Japan Airlines flight numbers operated by American Airlines).
Both business and economy class are eligible for this offer. Those flying economy class will receive 3,000 bonus miles, and those flying business class will receive 5,000 bonus miles.
