A new season brings with it a new menu for many airlines, and Delta Air Lines’ spring menu kicked off in March.
Delta’s new menu includes seasonally inspired and professionally curated recipes to make flying during warming months feel a little more like spring. In addition to new menu offerings, new teas and snacks join Delta’s complimentary menu.
Passengers on Delta’s Delta One service can look forward to refreshed veggies, ranging from bright herbs, crisp onions and fresh greens. New pre-selected meals include new spring-inspired options like seared beef tenderloin and vegetable lasagna.
The new meals represent half of Delta’s menu refresh for the new season. Flights also include a whole new lineup of spring-friendly wines curated by Andrea Robinson, master sommelier, Delta. The new wines are regionally sourced and selected specifically in pairing with the new menu.
Delta One customers will also have new varieties of premium tea to drink, including English breakfast, green tea with jasmine, peppermint herbal tea and Earl Grey from Pure Leaf. Customers in other services will have Lipton tea.
In terms of changes coming to the complimentary snacks, guests will have the option of almonds and Cheez-It crackers.
Delta’s consistent menu upgrades are representative of the airline’s push for an improved passenger experience, the airline said.

It was more than a car journey; it was a transition between worlds. At our first hotel in Siem Reap, huge coaches constantly pulled up outside the lobby to deposit or receive international tour groups; we departed in very different style, in a 1965 black Mercedes limousine once owned by King Sihanouk. The mundanities of mass tourism were left behind. We progressed through the chaotic Cambodian streets in regal comfort and soon arrived at a solid gate.
