China Airlines will begin offering non-stop flights to Seattle (SEA) from Taipei (TPE) starting July 14. The new route expands the carrier’s passenger services to the northwestern United States by offering five weekly flights via the Airbus A350-900.
The new flight will depart Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The outbound flight will take off from Taipei at 11:30 p.m. and arrive in Seattle at 7:50 p.m. local time for a total of 11 hours. The return flight will take off at 1:40 a.m. in Seattle and arrive in Taiwan at 5:05 a.m. the following morning after 12 hours in flight.
To celebrate the new service, China Airlines offers discounts of up to 22 percent off round-trip airfare. Exclusive members also receive 2,200 bonus miles.
