March 13–19 is Sleep Awareness Week, and The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Orlando is the perfect place to celebrate.
Located within Walt Disney World in Orlando, one of the spa’s signature treatments was purposefully designed to help spa-goers achieve a restful night’s sleep. The Sleep Ritual Massage, developed in partnership with Robert Michael deStefano, incorporates breathing techniques focusing on seven somatic zones while utilizing sleep-inducing botanicals and touch therapies for an ultra-relaxing experience that eliminates stress and tension and creates sleep readiness.

During Sleep Awareness Week, The Spa offers an enhancement for those booking the Sleep Ritual Massage and three other treatments designed to aid in relaxation and sleep: Ayurvedic Healing Massage, Vibrational Sound Therapy and Essential Sleep Vitality Drip. March 13–19, those partaking in those four treatments receive a complimentary Relax intramuscular shot and a NiteNite Botanical homecare patch with 15 milligrams of premium help and 3 milligrams of melatonin.

During the Ayurvedic Healing Massage, a steady stream of oil flows over the third eye chakra in the center of the forehead to help with sleep readiness. Vibrations from Himalayan singing bowls during the Vibrational Sound Therapy treatment are relaxing and restoring. The Vitality Drip, administered by a nurse, includes B complex vitamins, magnesium, zinc and selenium to promote deep sleep.
