Beginning March 31, 2024, Cathay Pacific brings back its first-class service from New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to Hong Kong International Airport. The recommencing of the service expands on the airline’s commitment to the North American market, providing travelers with superior long-haul flights between two of the world’s most important financial centers.

Featuring exciting new culinary offerings, the first-class experience will also include bespoke wellness and sleep-enhancing amenities alongside warm and attentive service. First-class customers will enjoy spacious and comfortable private suites, an enhanced in-flight entertainment system, and complimentary WiFi. Customers will also receive service and hospitality from Cathay Pacific’s Premium Ambassadors, a cabin crew specially trained for first-class service.

Partnering with organic brand Bamford, Cathay Pacific also provides first-class customers with exquisite bedding and wellness amenities, including natural skincare products and sleep amenity kits. First-class seats transform into one of the widest, fully flat beds in the sky, complete with a selection of soft pillows, calming aromatherapy pillow mist and luxury bedding. Passengers receive turndown service, a cotton sleep suit, eye mask and slippers.

First-class dining service introduces reimagined culinary menus highlighting in-flight favorites and traditional Hong Kong and international specialties. The airline recently launched a series of new culinary partnerships with notable Hong Kong restaurants like Michelin-starred Duddell’s.

Back in Hong Kong, first-class passengers have access to the airline’s world-renowned lounges at Hong Kong International Airport, including The Wing, First and The Pier.
