This Oct. 10 and 11, the Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival will mark its third season at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in the Dominican Republic.

The festival is a collaboration with Invited and American Express, and will feature chef and restaurateur Michael Mina, along with renowned Chef Hubert Keller, celebrity chef and television personality Scott Conant, and popular Dominican Chef Inés Páez (known as “Chef Tita”).
“The annual Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival is more than just a celebration of cuisine,” added Jason Kycek, chief marketing officer, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, “it is a platform to showcase cultural flavors, local talent and international innovation that makes the Dominican Republic and Casa de Campo Resort & Villas a true gastronomic destination.”

Offering rooms, suites and villas, the resort occupies 7,000 acres and includes three golf courses designed by Pete Dye, including Teeth of the Dog, ranked as the Caribbean’s top course; Dye Fore; and The Links. Guests can polish up their swing skills at Golf Learning Center, featuring Trackman technology, and also enjoy the property’s 250-slip Marina & Yacht Club, Casa de Campo Racquet Center, Polo & Equestrian Club and the 245-acre Shooting Club.
There’s also the new luxury Spa at Casa de Campo, and Altos de Chavon, a replica 16th-century Mediterranean village. Handcrafted by local artisans, the village was designed by Dominican architect José Antonio Caro and Italian master designer and cinematographer Roberto Coppa.
