U.S. travelers on British Airways now enjoy TSA PreCheck services for faster, easier security screening when departing U.S. airports.
As of mid-May, British Airways offers passengers with prior TSA PreCheck clearance a faster security screening process. Just enter your valid Known Traveler Number when reserving your British Airways flight. If you are pre-approved, a TSA PreCheck indicator appears on your boarding pass. Then, at the airport, follow signage to the TSA PreCheck lane.
Beyond overall speed, the TSA PreCheck security process offers the convenience of keeping your shoes, jackets and belts on during screening. Likewise, laptops and liquids may remain inside hand luggage.
In addition to TSA PreCheck members, Global Entry members, NEXUS members and SENTRI members are also eligible for TSA PreCheck services.

Having the ability to fast track through security will give time back to our customers so they can relax and enjoy more time in our lounges or more time to shop and dine in the airport,” said Doug Caines, vice president, operations, safety and business development, British Airways.
