With all the snow Pennsylvania received over the past couple of weeks, I think it’s safe to say I am over winter and ready for the warmer months ahead. I have daydreamed about spring and all the activities that come along with it.

One thing I am looking forward to is Philadelphia Phillies baseball to return! They made the trek down to Clearwater, Florida, for the start of Spring Training — that means the season is right around the corner. I used to love going to Phillies games with my parents, brothers and friends. One friend and I would spontaneously buy tickets the day of and battle rush hour traffic to head to the game. I am hoping they let fans in this season and I will be able to go to a game!

Warm weather also means opening my pool. I love when the pool is open; the backyard just looks better and more inviting. We still have a little bit of time until the pool opens, but I am still looking forward to it.

In the spring and summer, my family loves to sit outside on our back deck; we spend most of our days out there and even set up a TV so we can watch sports games and other things! Our neighbors like to come over and hang out with us whenever they can, too.

Lastly, I am looking forward to my best friend’s bachelorette party. As of now, we are planning it for May and are looking to go to Annapolis, Maryland. None of us have been there before, so we are excited to explore a new place. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

I know many are probably excited for the warmer weather so we can finally get out of the house and do more things outside.
