Happy Thanksgiving! This year I spent the holiday in Washington, D.C., and loved it!
My family usually spends the holiday time in Chicago, so this year was a very nice change. I showed my parents around, took them to the famous monuments and museums and ate delicious food along the way. In my opinion, this is the best time of the year to visit D.C.
Not only did we visit the National Mall, but we also ate at a few very well-known D.C. establishments, such as Old Ebbitt Grill and Ben’s Chili Bowl, and had drinks at Clyde’s. I really can’t complain about this past week!
