My Glamourous Stay at Le Majestic Cannes: The Spa

During my stay at Le Majestic Cannes, I took advantage of as many of the offerings as I could. First up? Scheduling a spa service. I was easily influenced, as my guestroom included a brochure of all the spa services and what part of the body they targeted. Based on these details, I decided on a deep-tissue massage because of my active lifestyle, and I also booked a hydrating facial. I was able to easily book via phone and schedule both sessions at the same time.

I made my way down to the spa for my treatments and was kindly greeted and given a locker as well as a towel, a plush white robe and slippers. While waiting I enjoyed both the sauna and steam room. Both areas were spotless and a perfect place to decompress.

Soon enough they were ready for me. I was given a consultation before the treatment. Lucia (the aesthetician) asked about my current skincare routine and any underlying issues. I was open to Lucia’s suggestions and ready to try new products. I soon settled into the warmth of the heated bed as Lucia began the deep-tissue massage. The soothing environment and the light music allowed me to unwind completely, relax and fully melt into the experience. Le Majestic set the bar high.

Lucia then moved to the hydrating facial, and I opted for organic KOS Paris skincare products. I enjoyed these natural products so much I had to order them for my daily routine! As the facial continued, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated in no time. As Lucia finished, she gave me an iced lemon water while sharing a complete breakdown of the products she used. I was given a KOS Paris booklet that, luckily, included the English names of the listed products and their purpose. I was able to take this home with me for when I ordered these products online.

Le Majestic’s spa left me feeling rejuvenated and gave me just what I needed during my European holiday.

Why Japan Is Best Explored by Sea with Princess

Nature and Nordic Culture Ensure a Perfect Pace for Exploring Stockholm

Crowned the “Capital of Scandinavia,” Stockholm stands at the epicenter of modern Nordic movements that — much like their Viking forebears — have swept across the globe. From art to design to cuisine, the Swedish city entices business and leisure travelers alike. Also fitting for its Viking history: the capital’s waterfront positioning, situated across 14 islands where Lake Mälaren meets the Baltic Sea. For a country that infamously sees little sunshine in the winter months, outdoor pursuits remain popular year-round, from hiking to sailing to ice-skating.
