The iconic and historic Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina, just announced a brand-new evening series set to debut next spring. Luminere will be an experiential, light-filled event illuminating the estate’s historic grounds with light, imagery and sound. This estate has never launched this kind of nighttime programming in its entire 130-year history, until now.

Luminere was created in collaboration with design studio Klip Collection, in which the façade of Biltmore House and its gardens will be reimagined into a dreamscape of color, motion, sound and storytelling. Featured areas in the series will include Biltmore House, the Italian Garden, Pergola, Shrub Garden, Walled Garden, a treescape and the Conservatory.
The series will also change with the seasons, drawing inspiration from the estate’s architecture, landscapes and legacy. An original music score composed by Julian Grefe will feature the Asheville Symphony and include select recordings captured inside Biltmore House.

Culinary offerings, like artisan picnics on the grounds, craft beverages served in the gardens and curated menus in estate restaurants. will also be available.
The series will run March–October 2026, with tickets available to book starting Nov. 12. To celebrate the announcement, Biltmore guests can secure free admission to Luminere through a one-month promotion, available until Oct. 16. Buy a ticket to Biltmore for a qualifying visit during the Fall or Christmas windows and receive one free Lumiere voucher, or receive two free Luminere vouchers with the purchase of a new Annual Pass.
