The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is expanding to Bermuda, with a planned Ritz-Carlton Reserve resort for 2018. It will mark the company’s first resort under the Reserve brand in Bermuda, and the third in the region. (http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/reserve/about)

The hotel will be located on the western end of Bermuda on 2.5 miles of shoreline on a peninsula extending into the Great Sound.

The luxury hotel chain created its Reserve brand to break the stereotype of the company as being too “cookie cutter” and generic across its many locations. With Reserve, Ritz-Carlton created a line of unique, boutique hotels, each of which speaks to a sense of place and personality specific to that location.
