Sustainability hits a high note at the five-suite villa Casa de las Olas in Tulum, Mexico. There’s no sacrifice in comfort or luxury in the 100 percent sustainable guesthouse, and the location is ideal: Bordered by ocean on one side, the property is positioned at the south end of tranquil Tulum beach leading into the 1.3 million acre Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
