The lively city of Bangkok will play host to the fourth-annual Asian Organic Gourmet Festival, March 22–25.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World member 137 Pillars Suites & Residences organizes the four-day food, wine and wellness event, located in the heart of the city.
Top chefs and wine producers gather, showcasing the importance of locally sourced produce, healthy eating and the art of fine dining.
Flying in for the event to share expertise are Chef Javier Rodriguez from Argentina, Chef Colin Chung from Hawai’i and Chef Tolgar Mireli from Turkey. Each worked in some of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants, including Tetsuya’s in Australia, Noma in Denmark, Le Gavroche in London, La Gloria in Peru and Restaurant André in Singapore.
The exclusive event includes a Gala Dinner at Nimitr on Level 27, special cooking classes, a farmer’s market at the Jamjure Lawn, guided wellness activities, auctions and a Gala Finale Brunch Buffet at Bangkok Trading Post.
