The popular British-based group-tour specialists Back-Roads Touring branched out from its traditional tours in the U.K. and Europe by announcing its expansion into Asia.
The tour group specializes in authentic, off-the-beaten-path travel and small group tours, which cap at 18 in Europe and even smaller at 14 in Asia. The tours are aimed at mature and experienced travellers.
The eight new itineraries include Bangkok & The River Kwai, Temples of Thailand and Cambodia, Wonders of Thailand, Hanoi & Halong Highlights, Vietnam Adventure, Vietnam and Cambodia Discovery and Flavours of Vietnam. All tours have differing amounts of days and schedules.
Prices of tours range from $1,499 for a five-day excursion in Hanoi & Halong to $3,729 for a 13-day journey on Wonders of Thailand.
Tours with the group will feature a leisurely pace, a deep dive into local cuisine, authentic local experiences and stays in unique accommodations ranging from eco-resorts to charming hotels.
