Airberlin, Germany’s second largest airline and a member of oneworld, is set to begin service between Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dusseldorf (DUS) in May 2016. The airline will fly four times weekly between the two cities.

The service commences May 6, and will depart four times per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Through Nov. 23, tickets are available starting from $1,099 round-trip, including all taxes.

In total, airberlin will add 15 additional weekly flights next summer to and from the United States, including Boston and San Francisco. The airline will offer service between Dusseldorf and Berlin to eight U.S. cities for a total of 58 flights per week. In addition to its recently upgraded fully-flat business class, airberlin is currently fitting its entire long-haul fleet with 40 additional XL seats, offering six more inches of legroom.
