The second AC Hotels location in Canada is expected to open in 2022 in Ottawa with more than 200 guestrooms in a desirable location near Parliament Hill, the University of Ottawa, Rideau Centre and Byward Market. The property will cater to both business and leisure travelers.

Plans for the property include modern guestrooms and public spaces with contemporary designs, a full bar serving local beers and handcrafted cocktails, European-style breakfast offerings and a 24-hour wellness center.

Rimap Hospitality will manage the property.
