Opening in 2027, Curracloe Links is already being forecast as Ireland’s next seaside golfing gem. Located an hour south of its sister facility Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort and two hours from Dublin Airport, Curracloe Links will be part of Neville Hotels, with world-class Ravenport Resort residing at the heart of the golf destination.

Curracloe, meaning “marsh” in Gaelic, fits the name of the course thanks to its surroundings, where natural wetland separates the lush golf corridors from the towering seaside dunes.
The 65-hectare course sits just a short stroll from the shore, accompanied by sandy wasteland and firm turf sure to propel shots forward against the sea winds. The course is the first-ever Irish design for award-winning architects Dana Fry and Jason Straka.

“The ancient linksland of Curracloe Links, with its rolling hills, long sea views and rugged natural bunkers, will offer a quintessential Irish golf experience and lure people from all over the world to its fairway,” said Straka.

Further details of the course will be unveiled at a later date. Ravenport Resort opened in 2024, with 49 guestrooms and suites, 40 private golf lodges, a restaurant, bar, spa and health club, and pool. The resort also lies near Curracloe Beach, a 7-mile stretch of white sandy coastline neighboring Raven Nature Reserve.
