For the sixth consecutive year, Delta Air Lines earned the top overall score on the Business Travel News Airline survey. Delta, sweeping all 10 categories, is recognized for its outstanding performance and customer service.

Every year, Delta sets a company-wide goal to deliver and provide an industry-leading customer service experience. BTN voters select the top carrier based on their perceptions of airline performance in negotiating and maintaining preferred programs, delivering service and value. The survey provides validation of the airline’s efforts to provide the most seamless experience for its travelers. In the survey’s 19-year history, no other airline has been selected six consecutive times.
