To provide increased benefits to members, MSC Cruises launched a new loyalty program, MSC Voyagers Club. Replacing its former loyalty program, MSC Club, the new program is designed to reward MSC’s repeat customers and emphasize the company’s consistent commitment to provide passengers with an exceptional all-around experience before, during and after their cruise.
Joining the new program is free of charge. Levels of the five-tiered membership program include Welcome Level, Classic, Silver, Gold and Black.
As part of the new program, MSC revamped its point structure so guests now earn points according to the inclusive experience booked (Bella, Fantastica, Aurea or MSC Yacht Club) as well as length of stay. In addition, points are rewarded for onboard spend as well as pre-paid services, such as shore excursions, spa treatments and beverage deals.
