A former seminary, situated on what was once a 17th-century apple orchard that belonged to Clement Clarke Moore (author of ’Twas the Night Before Christmas), The High Line Hotel brings a new luxury option to Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Popular as a location for weddings, fashion shows and photo shoots, the space includes a minstrel’s gallery, gabled gilt encrusted roof and a ceiling that soars four stories high.
