Get a taste of Seattle with Visit Seattle’s new interactive eCookbook. Fresh From Seattle showcases some of the city’s most talented chefs and signature Pacific Northwest cuisine.
Culinary all-stars, including award-winning chefs Tom Douglas, Maria Hines and Thierry Rautureau, contributed original recipes and personal restaurant favorites to create the eCookbook, a 92-page compilation of recipes, cooking and storage tips, color photos, food history and chef bios.
“Between Seattle’s creative chefs and welcoming hospitality community, we formed the perfect marriage for this project,” said Ali Daniels, vice president, marketing, Visit Seattle. “We are a city of gourmands, constantly exploring and finding new ways to share the inspired culinary offerings of the Pacific Northwest.
