The bag is stocked with a workout guide, a mat, a resistance band, a massage stick and a foam roller. The program also includes access to in-room, on-demand fitness videos and online training programs.
The Waldorf Astoria Chicago offers Gyrotonic classes designed to work the body’s joints and muscles fluidly and three-dimensionally, through arching, curling, twisting, circling and reaching movements.
