Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore reached a major milestone this month with the opening of its 100th property. The new hotel, SO/ Paris, officially launched this September, marking a significant moment for the hospitality brand.

Following a high period of growth across Europe, the Middle East, North and Central America and Asia, SO/Paris adds to the brand’s continual commitment to cultural programming and authentic bar and restaurant experiences. SO/Paris lies in one of the most coveted locations in Paris, situated between Notre-Dame Cathedral, Bastille and the Marais.
With 162 rooms and suites, the new hotel blends Parisian fashion, art, architecture and avant-garde design into one space. On the 15th and 16th floors lies Olafur Eliasson’s immersive installation, and other iconic art features span all floors of the hotel, from Neïl Beiloufa in the lobby to Thomas Fougeirol in the bedrooms.

The hotel’s restaurant, Bonnie Restaurant & Terrace, embodies 1960s and 70s influences through its design, atmosphere and cuisine. The space also boasts stunning views of Paris. For drinks, Bonnie Bar and the lobby café and bar provide handcrafted cocktails and aperitifs in the evening.
Other amenities of SO/Paris include an indoor heated pool, fitness center, spa and five meeting rooms of varying sizes.

Ennismore’s collective of lifestyle brands, formed in October 2021, came about through a joint venture with Sharan Pasricha and Accor, in which they brought together 14 brands with 87 operating properties worldwide. By the end of this year alone, Ennismore will have opened 30 new properties, with, on average, an opening every two weeks.
