Luxury resort operator Soneva recently partnered with ALEXA Private Cruises to offer travelers one-of-a-kind chartered trips to the Maldives. Sailings take place on the ALEXA J yacht. Choose from 10-, 14- or 21-day itineraries.
The 125-foot ALEXA Jyacht boasts a master bedroom cabin complete with en-suite bathroom, living room, open-air dining area and children’s playroom. The upper deck features a rooftop lounge, dining area and yoga/meditation space. Maximum guest capacity on the yacht is two adults and two children. The dedicated crew of six is comprised of the captain, chief engineer, chef, spa therapist, diving instructor and attendant.
Guests split their time between the yacht and different Soneva properties, depending on the length of the itinerary. On the 10-day itinerary, guests divide time between the yacht and Soneva in Aqua; the 14-day itinerary, between the yacht and Soneva Fushi; and the 21-day itinerary with the yacht, Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani. Rates start at $11,435 per night.
The experience can be tailored to your preferences. Sample activities include a private dinner on a sandbank, diving excursion in Hanifaru Bay, visit to Addu Nature Park, private stargazing experience at the Soneva Fushi observatory, a seafood barbecue on the beach and more.
