Virgin America has teamed with Uber offer special deals for Dallas flyers. Through the partnership, Virgin America customers get a free Uber ride with the purchase of any flight departing from Dallas Love Field. In addition, the airline’s Friday Night Flights promotion lets local travelers score an on-demand weekend getaway through Uber in partnership with Rocketmiles and ScoreBig.
Through its partnership with Uber, Virgin America customers get a ride and avoid parking at the airport. The promotion, available to new and existing members of the airline’s Elevate frequent flyer program, offers free Uber rides (up to $20) to and from the airport with the purchase of any flight originating from DAL booked through Oct. 12, while supplies last. Travelers who are new Uber users will also score an additional $20 credit for a future ride.
The Friday Night Flights promotion starts Sept. 10 and continues every Thursday afternoon through Oct. 8. Uber users who request the Friday Night Flights option through the Uber app become eligible to win a mood-lit flight from Dallas (DAL) to Washington D.C., (IAD and DCA), New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO) or Austin (AUS). The Friday Night Flights package for two includes a round-trip main cabin flight on Virgin America, a round-trip Uber ride, a two-night stay at a 4-star property provided by Rocketmiles, and concert tickets a show in the destination city, provided by ScoreBig.
To enter, apply the promo code VXDALFNF into the Uber app. Open the Uber app each Thursday at 3 p.m. and request the Friday Night Flights option. The first users to register a request will be on their way to the weekend getaway that departs the next day. The winners will be provided with a full itinerary in partnership with Virgin America, Uber, Rocketmiles and ScoreBig.
