Who says spas are a woman’s domain? Not Adler Thermae Spa and Resort. The thermal spa in Italy’s Orcia Valley offers Menergy, a spa getaway for men.
With treatments designed for male skin types, the four-night getaway (Sunday–Thursday) includes a de-stress massage, an anti-stress Vichy shower massage, an anti-aging facial treatment and unlimited access to the resort’s thermal pools, whirlpools, swimming pool, saunas (caldarium-steam with Tuscan herbs, Etruscan salt steam sauna, olive-wood Finnish sauna), Turkish bath and relaxation area, fitness center with yoga, Pilates and water classes. The half-board rate also includes breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and dinner.
Adler Thermae Spa, owned by the Sinner family, is located in Tuscany’s Orcia Valley near the village of Bagno Vignoni.
