The St. Regis Mexico sets the highest standards for luxury and service in Mexico by announcing the debut of Glamour Salon and Astor Fitness Room. The beauty and fitness facilities within the hotel are exclusively dedicated to its 400 employees.

The opening of the Astor Fitness Room marks The St. Regis Mexico as the first hotel to offer its employees a private exercise room featuring state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines including three ellipticals, two exercise bikes, four treadmills, free weights and an area open for Zumba, yoga and meditation. The fitness room is open from 6 a.m.–11 p.m., Monday–Sunday. The salon offers unique benefits and services like hair straightening and curling, haircuts and manicures and is open 6 a.m.–4 p.m., Monday–Friday.
