TAP Air Portugal will expand to 40 percent of its pre-COVID-19 flight schedule in September. The expansion will see 700 weekly, round-trip flights on 76 routes, which includes 30 flights on eight North American routes.

The expansion began this month, as the airline opened up to 500 weekly round-trip flights across 66 routes, including 20 flights from six North American destinations.

In addition to the return of popular routes, TAP extends its Book with Confidence program to ensure customers feel comfortable arranging travel plans, even in uncertain times. The flexible program allows travelers to make changes to their trip at no extra cost — unless there’s a fare difference, in which case customers will be responsible to pay the difference. The program includes new bookings made through Aug. 31, on travel through October.
