Exclusive bookings include the Estate Timor offer and Estate Uttara offer, both of which feature personal on-call butler service, speedboat transfers to Pangkor Laut Island, daily meals prepared by a personal chef and a private car with chauffeur.

The Estate Timor option includes the private use of three Estates (Five, Six and Seven), accommodating up to 20 guests. Estate Five has three bungalow bedrooms with private verandas and a wide timber deck with expansive views. Tucked into a stand of ancient trees, Estate Six features an open layout, lawn, lap pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis, a geometric sunken pool and hot spa, three bedrooms, and living and dining pavilions. Estate Seven boasts four bungalow bedrooms and Zen-inspired pavilions for relaxing, dining and living.

Choose the Estate Uttara option and enjoy Estate Eight’s two-bedroom layouts, one with a shady veranda and the other with a tower design and bay windows. Bedrooms offer private balconies and decks with ocean views, while other spaces include a dining pavilion and resting and living pavilions overlooking an infinity pool and fish ponds. At Estate Nine, guests can enjoy an ancient rock garden, four bungalow bedrooms, three outdoor bath pavilions, a fish pond, giant chessboard, infinity pool and communal hot spa pavilion.

Prices begin at $26,000 for three nights with the Timor offer and $17,800 for three nights with the Uttara option.
