Rock & Brews, a one-of-a-kind, rock-inspired restaurant and entertainment concept co-founded by rock icons Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS, came out on top over international competition at the 2017 Airport Food and Beverage conference in Toronto, winning Bar of the Year award.

The restaurant is designed to engage people of all ages with quality comfort food and local favorites, a selection of craft and international beers and an energized, family-friendly environment. The first airport location for Rock & Brews was Terminal 5 at Los Angeles International Airport in 2013, introduced by Crews, a leader in introducing dynamic restaurant and retail concepts at airports. The winning Rock & Brews is Crews’ second location at Terminal 1 at LAX.

The restaurant opened in 2016 and generated $11 million in revenue during its first year of operations, offering travelers quality American comfort food at affordable prices and a full bar offering a broad selection of international and craft beers in an atmosphere paying tribute to classic rock and roll.
