REI Adventures, a leader in unique outdoor adventure itineraries, has added eight new Signature Camping travel options to its already impressive lineup of national park-based experiences.
These REI Signature Camping packages can hardly be considering “roughing it.” Oversized REI tents are outfitted with cots and sleeping pads, floor coverings and lighting; furniture, hammocks, covered dining and more await guests in common areas. French press coffee, beverages, appetizers and thoughtfully planned cuisine are also provided.
The new destinations include the Grand Canyon, Great Smoky Mountains, Rocky Mountain National Park, Utah National Park and Yosemite. There are itineraries available for every guest and activity level. More adventurous campers can kayak, whitewater raft and zip-line their way through breathtaking scenery, while tamer travelers may choose to take a scenic drive, visit Native American ruins or discover the local wildlife.
