Delta Hotels and Resorts, recently acquired by Marriott, made its debut in the United States last month. The new Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista is the first of several which Marriott plans to place in gateway cities, including New York, Shanghai and London. The Canadian brand currently includes 136 properties and 25,000 rooms. Marriott hopes to bring the brand’s number of properties up to 200.
The Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista offers 241 guestrooms with a resort-style pool, children’s amenities, 24/7 modern fitness center and complimentary WiFi. The onsite restaurant, D-Flats, serves an all-day menu of casual dining items and local craft beers. The property is a short drive from Walt Disney World.
