Langham Hotels and Resorts will be opening three new hotels within the United States in 2018 and 2019. This expansion will include Langham’s first U.S. resort property.

Opening in early 2018, Langham Place, Wade Park will be located in Frisco, Texas and will be a 35-floor addition to the new Wade Park development. The property will encompass 25 floors of hotel space and 10 floors of residences. The 250 guestrooms will include several suites and two 2,906-square-foot presidential suites. There will also be a full-service Chuan Body + Soul spa on site.

Scheduled for 2019, Langham Place, San Francisco is set to be part of the new Transbay Transit Center Project, which is projected to be the “Grand Central Station of the West.”

The Langham, Bishop’s Lodge, Santa Fe will be the brand’s first U.S. resort property and will be a revamp of the original Bishop’s Lodge. The resort will cover 317 acres and include private stables and horseback riding trails. It is expected to be unveiled in the spring of 2018.
