With winter travel expected to see delays and other issues at airports across the country, John. F. Kennedy International Airport’s Terminal 4 anticipates the rush with the debut of an all-new program to help passengers through a more seamless security experience.

Terminal 4 now features ReadySeeGo by Synect, a series of video messaging totems presenting real-time updates about the security line, divesting process, travel requirements and more. These pillars aim to streamline the screening process and decreased wait times. Additionally, five other screens with security screening information are available at Terminal 4’s upgraded checkpoints.
ReadySeeGo by Synect informs travelers about whether they need to remove shoes at that specific security point, if items go in the bin or straight on the conveyor belt, as well as other useful tips. The totems also feature scenario-based content like K9 information or emergency messaging, making for easier deployment of new content to travelers.
The new program will allow Terminal 4 passengers to prepare for security in a more informed manner, increasing airport efficiency.
