Later this year, Thompson Seville debuts in Seville, Spain, offering 101 accommodations along Plaza de la Concordia. The hotel will occupy the iconic La Gavidia building, marking Thompson Hotels’ first in Andalusia and the brand’s continued expansion in Spain following its recent opening of Thompson Madrid.

The hotel will offer 101 guestrooms and suites, a rooftop pool, fitness center, event spaces, and a dining program rooted in Sevillian tradition. Accommodations range from city-view guestrooms to terrace suites to the Thompson Suite. The Thompson Suite will boast a private terrace with sweeping city views.
Gastronomy will be one of the focal points of the hotel. Mayo Sevilla will close its existing location to begin a new chapter inside the hotel under the name Casa Mayo. In addition to this space, dining and drinks will unfold across other venues throughout the hotel, including ground-floor Lobby Bar. This bar’s signature experience will be the daily Sherry Hour, a gathering centered on Jerez wines, small bites and music.
