Guatemala’s first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property is expected to open in late 2018. As the brand takes over an existing property, renovations are underway.

The planned Hilton Guatemala City includes 130 guestrooms and suites, with a mixture of city and garden views. The style includes colonial upscale decor. The property offers three dining options, a signature restaurant lobby bar and coffee shop, as well as an outdoor pool and fitness center. The hotel includes 3,000 square feet of event space, with a ballroom and seven meeting rooms, and the location is within easy access of the main commercial and office districts.
