Once in the tranquil temple, instruction focuses on Qing Cheng Tai Chi Six Moves, a form of moving meditation believed to have a positive impact on health and quality of sleep. A special tai chi-themed escape includes morning tai chi class at Puzhao Temple, a Zen tea ceremony in the temple’s teahouse, a Chinese vegetarian breakfast with organic fresh juices, a tai chi uniform and shoes and private car transfers.
