W Hotels heads to Buenos Aires, with a new property planned to open in 2024. The hotel is slated for a 34-story, mixed-use tower in the heart of the Puerto Madero neighborhood. The property is developed in cooperation with GNV Group.

W Buenos Aires plans include 150 guestrooms, meeting space, multiple restaurants and a rooftop bar with views of the city. The property joins six other W hotels in Central and South America.
