Explora Journeys recently unveiled additional information about five of the six onboard restaurants on EXPLORA I, the first of its six ships, sailing July 17 from Southampton, England. In total, the ship will offer 18 food and beverage venues, but these five offer all-inclusive menus with signature dishes influenced by various international cuisines.

Sakura

Inspired by the ancient tea rooms of Kyoto, chefs here follow traditional Japanese techniques to create an authentic pan-Asian experience. Menus boast Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian elements, in addition to Japanese influences. A sommelier in on hand to advise on sake, shōchūs and more.

Marble & Co. Grill

Redefining the European steakhouse concept, Marble Co. & Grill will feature exceptional cuts of sustainable meats, and an in-house Dry Ager and well-stocked wine cellar round out the offerings. Grilled prime rib, aged 30 days, ranks among the signature dishes.

Med Yacht Club

Featuring regional ocean-inspired dishes and a convivial atmosphere, Med Yacht Club channels a Mediterranean beachside vibe, highlighting the tastes of Italy, Spain, Greece, France and North Africa while utilizing plant-based ingredients.

Emporium Marketplace

Food shines here, alongside a minimalist décor. Various stations serve destination-inspired dishes, like sushi, seafood, meats, pasta and freshly baked pizzas. At breakfast, find fresh juices, smoothies and açai bowls.

Fil Rouge

Serving French-inspired international food, the intimate environment invites guests to linger over creative culinary creations, like tuna tataki with crispy tomato-olive tart, vegetables and vanilla white pepper.
